TFI Sponsorship Opportunities for 2020-21
As a TFI sponsor, your organization will have access to a group of outstanding young professionals as well as the national network of fellows program directors and staff members. Whether you are seeking future graduate students, employees, or community service volunteers, TFI fellows have shown themselves to be an unusually gifted and motivated group of young men and women. The fellows program experience helps to develop in these young leaders not only a sense of calling and purpose, but a framework of servant leadership and personal excellence that extends to every area of life. Joining us as a sponsor is a great way to advance your organization's mission by connecting with the fellows and local program leaders.

Sponsorship Packages

There are two sponsorship packages available, Premier and Standard, as outlined in the table below. The sponsorship packages include three elements: email and social media communication, conference participation, and podcast advertising (for Premier Sponsors).

Email and Social Media Communications
TFI will use our normal email and social media channels to present your organization and the unique benefits you provide to fellows. We will coordinate these efforts with you through out the program year according to the level of sponsorship listed above.

TFI Podcast Advertising
In the fall of 2020, TFI will be launching a new podcast for our community. We are hopeful that this podcast will reach not only current fellows, but alumni, local program leaders, and members of the extended fellows community. Premier sponsors will be able to advertise on a single podcast episode during the program year. Advertising will consist of a 20-second audio message played (or read) at the beginning and end of the sponsored podcast show.

TFI Conferences

COVID Statement: TFI, in its own discretion, may change the format of its conferences from "in-person" to "virtual" depending on the situation with the COVID-19 epidemic and the guidance from government authorities. If one or both of our conference events are changed to virtual events, every effort will be made to accommodate the sponsors to ensure that your organization is well represented. This is a difficult season for event planning, so we ask for your patience as we work through these decisions. As always, we welcome your input. Please use this form to contact us anytime with questions or comments.

About the Audience You Will Meet
Sponsors have the opportunity to interact with two important audiences, the fellows themselves and the leaders of the local programs. The TFI network currently has 31 geographically distributed programs, 275+ fellows each year, and 2,300+ alumni. Fellows are recent college graduates, typically ranging in age from 21 to 25. They come with a wide range of professional interests and undergraduate majors - literally from Art to Zoology and many others in between. Fellows have come from more than 100 top colleges and universities.
To be eligible for a fellows program, these young men and women must demonstrate teachability, humility, personal maturity, a heart for serving others, and a drive to excel (e.g. strong academic performance). During the fellows program year, fellows are involved in paid internships with companies, nonprofits, churches or government agencies. They receive exceptional leadership training and graduate theological education that includes a Biblical grounding in faith, vocation, culture, and service.
Each program operates under the leadership of a local program director and uniquely serves the needs of its local community. There are approximately 50 staff members in the fellows community, including program directors and assistant directors. They not only lead their programs but recruit at campuses across the country and maintain volunteer teams of 25-100 people at each program location in the TFI network. Fellows program directors have large networks within their churches and with employers, community leaders, thought leaders, and many others. Collectively, the directors maintain active relationships with a network of alumni of TFI-affiliated programs.
