Partnerships
The Fellows Initiative has developed several key partnerships, some formal, some informal, with organizations that share our vision of inspiring and equipping the emerging generation of leaders for the church, workplace and society. Each of these partners brings unique strengths to our joint mission of advancing God's kingdom through the development of young Christian leaders. The Institute for Faith, Work & Economics
The mission of IFWE is to educate and inspire Christians to live out a biblical theology that integrates faith, work, and economics. IFWE is a Christian organization advancing a free and flourishing society by revolutionizing the way people view their work. We believe the bible’s timeless truths about the purpose of our work and how to make wise decisions with all that we’ve been given. When Christians understand and live out the biblical meaning of work, then lives, societies, and nations will be transformed for Christ. The Rest Initiative
The Rest Initiative is a strategic wellness consultancy that helps organizations design and implement systems and infrastructure that lead to organizational flourishing. Through creating meaningful relationships with teams, our experienced coaches and counselors help to create and cultivate a culture of emotional health where rest and wholeness are pursued. This understanding results in an increased capacity to be known and to love others well, ultimately resulting in a healthy, thriving organization. The Rest Initiative supports companies and organizations in service of others to ensure that their people are healthy and that thereby, their unique missions are accomplished.
The Washington Institute for Faith, Vocation & Culture
The Washington Institute for Faith, Vocation and Culture sets forth the vision that faith shapes vocation, and that shapes culture. It does this through a series of institute initiatives designed to teach, serve and equip for a deeper understanding of common grace for the common good: through partnerships with like-minded organizations and institutions; regular teaching and speaking; and consulting with companies, organizations and institutions. A ministry of McLean Presbyterian Church, the Washington Institute provides educational resources for fellows programs and publishing venues for people in the fellows network. Visit the website.
