Incarnation Fellows is a nine-month leadership development program located in the heart of Dallas. Hosted by Church of the Incarnation, our program leans into all that Dallas has to offer for your time of vocational discernment and leadership development: spiritual formation in the church, paid internships in the thriving business and non-profit communities, service opportunities in underserved communities in the city, biblical and theological education, intentional Christian community, vocational discernment and mentoring through intergenerational relationships, dynamic retreats, practical workshops for cover letter/resume writing and interviewing skills, and volunteering opportunities in various church ministries.

Alongside clergy and parishioners at Church of the Incarnation, we walk with the Fellows to teach, mentor, serve, and discern throughout your year. And the goal of this program is for each Fellow to be more Christ-like and discover how God has equipped each of us to be a Christian leader in the workplace, the church, and the home. No matter the vocational path—finance, advertising, the arts, medicine, accounting, ministry, teaching—we are committed to giving Fellows the resources to pursue it to God’s glory.

With our program location in the Uptown neighborhood of Dallas, Incarnation Fellows can expect to be surrounded by other young professionals, experience a true friendliness that characterizes the city, and be given the opportunity to explore numerous cultural expressions through the arts, wide-ranging cuisine options, athletic and music events, and the famous Texas State Fair!
